Cancellation & Rescheduling

Our cancellation & rescheduling policy is here to ensure equilibrium in our service – happy Customers and happy Wizards go a long way. Furthermore, this agreement helps to provide and increase job security of our IT professionals. Reducing last minute cancellations means we are able to boost trust and fairness on our platform and to keep experienced professionals providing you with a superb service.

There are different rules between ON-SITE and REMOTE appointment. See below the fine print.

On-Site Appointment

On-Site Appointment is when a Wizard will come to your place or office directly.

2 days before Appointment and more

The cancellation or re-schedulling is free of charge.

1 day before Appointment

If a booking is cancelled or rescheduled between 1 to 2 days prior to the scheduled appointment time, 25% will be charged.

Appointment Day

If a booking is cancelled or rescheduled in less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time, 50% will be charged.

If the rendezvous cannot take place for reasons under the customer’s responsibility* or if it is cancelled in less than 1 hour prior the appointment, the customer will be charged the full amount for that appointment.

* These include but is not limited to: when the place cannot be located because of an incorrect address; when the customer is not present or cannot be contacted at the time of the appointment; the Wizard cannot access the place for any reason, the Wizard cannot access the appropriate technology due to customer’s responsibility.

Remote Appointment

Remote Appointment is when a Wizard will assist you remotely, using phone, messaging and/or screen sharing.

The cancellation or re-schedulling is free of charge.

Appointment Day

If a booking is cancelled or rescheduled in less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time, 30% will be charged.

If the rendezvous cannot take place for reasons under the customer’s responsibility* or if it is cancelled in less than 1 hour prior the appointment, the customer will be charged the full amount for that appointment.

* These include but is not limited to: when the customer is not present or cannot be contacted at the time of the appointment; the Wizard cannot access the appropriate technology due to customer’s responsibility.
